Terms and Conditions of MPM Aesthetic Medicals
Welcome to MPM Aesthetic Medicals. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and treatments. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Information
1.1. MPM Aesthetic Medicals operates as a professional aesthetic clinic in Birmingham, UK, providing non-surgical cosmetic/aesthetic treatments.
1.2. All treatments are administered by qualified and licensed practitioners in compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
1.3. These Terms may be updated periodically. Please ensure you review them regularly.
2. Appointments
2.1. Appointments must be booked in advance, either via phone, email, or our online booking system.
2.2. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.
2.3. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or reduced treatment time, at the discretion of the clinic.
2.4. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
3. Consultations
3.1. An initial consultation is required before any treatment to assess suitability, discuss goals, and outline potential risks and outcomes.
3.2. Consultations are conducted by trained professionals and are confidential.
3.3. Any recommendations provided during the consultation are specific to the individual and are not transferable.
4. Treatment and Consent
4.1. You must disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and medications during your consultation.
4.2. Prior to treatment, you will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging your understanding of the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. Do Nothing / No Treatment is always an option.
4.3. Results may vary depending on individual factors, including but not limited to age, skin condition, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
4.4. MPM Aesthetic Medicals reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honoured.
5.2. Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit cards, and other methods specified at the clinic.
5.4. No refunds are provided for completed treatments. Refunds for unused pre-paid treatments are subject to management approval and may incur an administrative fee.
6. Aftercare
6.1. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment.
6.2. Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidelines to ensure optimal results and reduce risks.
6.3. MPM Aesthetic Medicals is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to adhere to aftercare instructions.
7. Liability
7.1. MPM Aesthetic Medicals ensures that all treatments are carried out using high-quality products and equipment by trained professionals.
7.2. While every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding results.
7.3. MPM Aesthetic Medicals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from treatments unless caused by negligence on our part.
7.4. Clients are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage, if necessary, for complications or dissatisfaction.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. All personal information collected during consultations and treatments is handled by UK data protection laws.
8.2. Information is used solely to provide services and is not shared with third parties without consent.
8.3. Clients may request access to their records or request deletion of their data in writing.
9. Complaints and Feedback
9.1. MPM Aesthetic Medicals values client feedback and strives for high-quality service.
9.2. Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of treatment. Complaints will be addressed promptly and professionally as per complaint handling policy. A complaint reference number will be issued.
9.3. A letter of “Final resolution” will be granted as to confirm that complaint procedure followed and worked towards a resolution. The client has 30 days to accept or to reject Final resolution .
9.4 If resolution cannot be achieved internally, clients may seek advice from relevant regulatory bodies / external organizations.
9.5 MPM Aesthetic Medicals reserve the right to reject any complaints raised after 21 days from the date of treatment.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By booking an appointment or undergoing treatment at MPM Aesthetic Medicals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
